Firstly, I really liked the fact that Dever offered the 2 month trial. During this period we kept our other system going whilst we really looked at what the system can do. Over and above the straight forward booking, we all probably have ways of doing things or have clients who want information in a particular format. I have been using Dispatch now for around 3 years and have found the system easy to operate and understand.
For me it has all the requirements that the council need for a unique booking system, and you can work out set costs via price templates for airport runs or by miles for short runs. The system will even link to Google Maps® and show mileage between points A and B, directions or start and end points.
The aftercare service has been very good, any issues are replied to promptly during working hours. For me running a small chauffeur company I find the system ideal
